Problem: Various employees need assistance with managing their work commitments.

Solution: A needs assessment was done to look at potential topics like time management.

The ADDIE Model was used in this instance. Objectives were designed using Bloom’s Taxonomy as an outline for the modules. A basic introduction module was designed and developed to help employees to learn what time management is.
