Problem: Various new employees are looking for a manual for learning about healthcare eligibility and open enrollment.

Solution: A needs assessment was done to look at potential topics that new employees would need

The ADDIE Model was used in this instance. Objectives were designed using Bloom’s Taxonomy as an outline for the modules. A basic introduction module was designed and developed to help new employees so that they can get signed up for their benefits.
