Problem: Various job seekers are looking to interview for potential open roles after applying on LinkedIn.

Solution: A needs assessment was done to look at potential interview topics that applicants

needed help with. The ADDIE Model was used in this instance. Objectives were designed using Bloom’s Taxonomy as an outline for the modules. A four-step module was

designed and developed to help job seekers as they learn more about common questions

that are asked in interviews and how to dress in a professional way. The fourth module

emphasizes on the benefits of sending a Thank You letter after an interview. The Design

and Development was done in Articulate Rise.
