Problem: To find a tool that would determine how many employees adopted the Power BI tool that is used for the Customer Journey app.

Solution: After an Introductory email was sent out to employees with directions, about a month later, a Microsoft Forms survey was created and sent out to check to see how many employees were listed as adopting the tool. This was a basic operation and the ADDIE model was not needed.
