Dr. Sharon Jumper is an experienced leader in higher education and international business. She is currently a Learning and Development leader at a multinational Fortune 500 corporation. In addition to coaching entrepreneurs and mentoring faculty, she has taught at several universities in the United States, United Arab Emirates, China, Spain, and Argentina. In her consulting work, Dr. Jumper facilitates strategic partnerships and helps universities develop high quality academic programs that align with industry certifications and the demands of the market.
She has current online faculty appointments with the University of California – Los Angeles (Extension) and University of Maryland’s Global Campus. She has presented and published extensively in the areas of post-war political and economic development, microfinance, civil rights, classroom management, online teaching, and higher education policy.
