Problem: To design a timeline on the transition from face-to-face to online courses during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Solution: Using the ADDIE model, it was necessary to analyze the exact timeframe when face-to-face courses dwindled and the time that it took to teach and train all faculty in the online modality. Design and Development was done in the Padlet software and YouTube videos were used. The implementation was done in the training that was held for new online faculty course training. Evaluation occurred at the end of the training where a Microsoft Forms survey was sent out to all faculty that attended the session.
